Come check us out!The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to total customer satisfaction, loyalty and follow up.No cap on earning potentialBonuses for Customer SatisfactionBrand new dealership with all new equipmentFree coffeeFree parking on-siteFriendly, family owned dealershipEasy access to get to workResponsibilities (but not limited to):Greet customers in a professional, friendly mannerVerifies warranty coverage prior to the work being done and ensure appropriate approvals are obtainedRecommend appropriate needed repairs and maintenanceMonitors the progress of the work and keeps customers informed regarding the status of their vehicleCommunicate if additional work is needed; explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time consideration and document properly on repair orderSecure agreement from customers before repairs; cost estimate; and approximate time when work will be completedHandle inquiries regarding work in process and return messages promptlyHandle minor customer complaints and resolve customers concernsLiaison between the customer and service technicianLiaise with service personnel for daily shop carry overFollow up contact to notify customers of work performed on their vehiclesDetailed invoicing and billing of customer work ordersPreparation and explanation of the work and charges to the customer, cashieringQualifications:Previous experience working in an automotive dealership as an advisor preferredHigh level of proficiency with ADP/CDK software preferredMust be able to interpret customers' descriptions of their vehicle problems and translate into clear instructions for the techniciansAbility to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutionsAble to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environmentAble to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionallyRequires clear written and oral communication and a focus on excellent customer serviceHighly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environmentExcellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize tasksAble to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedProfessional appearance and mannersStrong work ethic and positive team attitudeMust be computer literate with an ability to use a variety of programs and learn new ones easilyValid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstractWe appreciate the interest of all applicants, however, due to the high volume of respondents, we will only be contacting candidates whose skills, experience and qualifications best meet the requirements of the position.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company pensionDental careExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parking Automotive
