We have a very unique, sharp system & need your help to get ready for this growth.Responsibilities:Manage, coordinate, and supervise the renovation of Freshslice's retail commercial projects from start to finish.Monitor the construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.Negotiate contracts with external vendors, ensuring agreement on terms and budget.Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any challenges faced during the project.Requirements:Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant, warehouse, and commercial building renovation.Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.Proven hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Physical ability to lift, push, move, and carry light and heavy products, up to 25 lbs.Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 + 30% performance-based bonus.
