As a Data Technology Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering courses and teaching students about data technologies. Your day-to-day tasks may include developing course materials, delivering lectures, conducting assessments, and providing guidance and support to students.Position: Data Technology InstructorLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Contract/Part-time/VoluntaryResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons on various aspects of data technology, including but not limited to data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and big data technologies.Design curriculum and instructional materials that cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise.Provide mentorship and guidance to students to support their learning journey and career advancement.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data technology to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of teaching materials and methods.Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the quality of our educational programs and services.QualificationsStrong knowledge and expertise in data technologiesExperience working with data management systems and toolsAbility to effectively teach and explain complex concepts in simple layman's languagePatience and ability to support and guide students throughout the learning processBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Solid understanding and hands-on experience with data technology concepts and tools, such as Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and machine learning algorithmsPrevious teaching or training experience is highly preferred but not required.
