These properties offer outright ownership of beautiful pre-manufactured seasonal recreational cottages.Our resorts have full facilities including community areas, swimming pools, splash pads, multi-sports courts, playgrounds and beaches. ROLE OF AN STORE CLERK Store Clerk Role Overview The Store Clerk role is designed to ensure the CorporateObjectives of maximizing profitability and Owner, Guest & Staff happiness for their resort by following the 3V Philosophy of Visibility, Velocity and Value. The Store Clerk is a strong sales driver, profit focused and people oriented. The Store Clerk will be versed in all of the daily operations of the store. They will greet the store's guests, owners and children when they enter the store, making them feel welcome. The Store Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the overall culture of the store that represents and embraces Great Blue Resorts culture and goals. SkillsA Store Clerk should possess strong time management and communication skills. The store Clerk must have people skills, knowledge of products, and generating sales while achieving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesThe Store Clerk i s responsible for the maintenance of the store which includes but is not limited to, stocking inventory control and cleanliness. The Store Clerk's responsibility will include but not limited to the following: Revenue Concessions Suggestive sell, bike rental, pay for services, food/drink items or merchandise to owners, contractors and vacation guests,Process sale PROPERTY The store Clerk is responsible for maintaining the overall image of the store . The Store Clerk must strive to support a safe, clean and well-maintained store to our daily, weekly and annual guests by supporting the resort team as required below.Welcome Centre Cleaning - Entrance, interior, washrooms, signageSignage updated to promote weekly sales specialsCafé area - clean, supplies refilled and organized, inventory restocked. (If Applicable)Store area - merchandise restocked, priced, arranged for selling The Store Clerk is responsible to help display the merchandise so that it immediately catches the attention of the customers. The store Clerk must ensure: Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves. One of the major responsibilities of the store Clerk is to make the customers feel safe and comfortable in the store. It is his/her key responsibility to make sure that the customer leaves the store with a pleasant smile. He/she are responsible for planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store. He/she must ensure that the store is free from pilferage. ADMINISTRATION The Store Clerk is responsible for the accuracy and completion of all resort related administration, paperwork and document requirements including:Recreational Equipment Sign In - Ensure recreational equipment including volleyballs, tennis racquets, tennis balls, soccer balls, badminton equipment is available for sign outKey Performance IndicatorsThe Store Clerk's success will be measured by the following key performance indicators: Monthly Customer Satisfaction as per Owner and Guest Surveys Great Blue Resorts is committed to employment equity regardless of national or ethnic origin, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
