As a member of the Talent Management team, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, you will interact directly with leaders and teams in our head office, distribution center and stores across Canada. The normal work schedule is a hybrid of 2 days per week in the office/field and 3 days remotely.What you do: This 1-year contract will be mostly focus on:Developing and implementing an engagement strategy including rolling-out and managing a new survey, defining and supporting action planning and coaching people leaders.Evolving talent management programs and processes with focus on performance management for head office employees.QualificationsWho you are:Undergraduate degree in human resources, organizational development or related field of study.
