On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role. Our Client: Our client is a profitable Canadian-run business specializing in B2B and B2C AV systems and solutions! Established in 2008, they have already cornered a significant portion of the market. Their systems are already set up in 7 large facilities where B2C and B2B clients can take advantage of their advanced AV systems and products! They are looking for a Head of Sales to manage their internal sales team! What Makes Them Great: Established in 2008 with over 75 employees today 2023 revenue was $10M, and we are projected to do $14M by the end of 2024! They have an A+ rating on the BBB and a 4.8 out of 5 on WeddingWire They do over 1000 weddings a year B2B Clients include Honda Canada, Mayoral parties, and nursing unions, to name a few. About You: You are an entrepreneurial leader with a track record of success leading cross-functional teams You have a background in hospitality, hotels, events, conventions etc. Ideally, this person will have 3-5 years of experience of leadership experience The best candidate has experience creating strategic go-to-market plans, and planning for new strategic ways to break into new markets. Compensation: Base: $110K-$120K + commissions + vacation, full benefits and much more!
