About the Role
The Head of Marketing forms an integral part of the leadership team at Moncel. They are responsible for the management of all brands across the US, Canada and Australia, with the objective of developing our direct B2C & B2B channels. We are looking for a leader to drive and align the organization's marketing strategy to our strategic business plan. The Head of Marketing will drive and manage campaigns and strategies to build Moncel's 7 brands in the market, while growing and supporting a talented marketing team. Success in this role will be measured by the direct / organic growth of the business as well as brand awareness across key industries and customer profiles.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with executive leadership team to develop strategic marketing initiatives
Develop a rolling 12-18 month Marketing Roadmap
Plan and execute key marketing programs
Keep up to date on emerging market trends and competitors
Coordinate multiple channels of marketing strategies, including owning the websites, landing pages, social media, and paid advertising for our 7 brands
Drive Marketing Qualified Leads to support the sales team
Oversee and provide guidance on all paid advertising initiatives, including Google ads, Bing ads, and remarketing
Raise brand awareness, while attracting customers and driving engagement and loyalty
Provide direction on our top of funnel branding, marketing communications, and communication strategy
Oversee marketing & advertising creative, from ideation through to execution, to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns
Lead and build the Marketing Team through hiring, coaching, and development
Collaborate with our Sales and Product teams to align our commercial objectives of promoting and driving awareness of our products and services
Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the Marketing Team against predetermined targets
Measure, analyze, and report on programs, campaigns, OKRs, and KPIs for the marketing team
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies
Your Qualifications
Proven track record of marketing budget management and meeting/exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to deliver marketing initiatives that result in an immediate sale
Demonstrated ability to deliver marketing initiatives that result in MQLs for a sales team
Proficiency in developing detailed marketing roadmaps
Advanced skills in designing and delivering effective marketing campaigns
Experienced in producing and delivering reports that clearly show marketing performance
Hands-on experience with paid advertising tools
Hands-on experience with Analytics tools
Hands-on experience with Hubspot
Technical proficiency demonstrated by the ability to understand and review marketing automations, workflows, and system integrations
Project management skills including the use of Jira for marketing workload management
Ability to produce clear and comprehensive marketing brief documentation
