Your role as Manager, Global Marketing

Reporting to Sally Habashy, Director, Content and Product Marketing, the mission of the Global Marketing Manager is to create awareness and pipeline among international markets and partners.

What you'll be doing:

In partnership with key, cross-functional stakeholders (Global Sales, Product, etc.), define and execute 360 marketing campaigns and plans to generate awareness and pipeline in an international market, and among Canadian insurance carrier partners, advisors, and new types of partnerships, using thought leadership, research, events and webinars, content, newsletters, digital marketing campaigns, etc.

Gain a deep understanding of partner and prospect pain points and opportunities, collaborate closely with go-to-market stakeholders, and drive business objectives

In partnership with key, cross-functional stakeholders (Global Sales, Product, etc.), define and execute marketing plans for top-of-mind awareness of prospects and partners (assets, toolkits, events, newsletters, announcements, etc.) to ensure ongoing engagement with partners

Become a program expert to create or adapt sales assets and training materials (sales decks, 1-pagers, webinars, etc.) and educate new or existing partners on Dialogue's programs and differentiators and ultimately, increase revenue.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

8+ years of marketing management experience

Client-focused attitude and strong strategic and analytical approach to creating and executing marketing plans

Capacity to understand and adapt the value proposition and strategic narrative to a different market

Excellent communication, writing and research skills; strong editorial and creative skills, with the ability to craft and edit messaging in various formats, such as sales decks, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content formats.

Ability to work collaboratively on multiple cross-functional projects with different objectives simultaneously and excellent organizational skills

Managing cross-cultural communications and understanding market nuances

Strong project management skills, and a hands-on, results-driven approach
