Your New Company We are delighted to be partnering with one of Irelands top law firms in their search for a real estate associate solicitor (3-5 years PQE) within their Dublin office. This is an excellent legal firm with an outstanding reputation in the market. The real estate team is market leading, and lawyers are fully supported, trained and developed to achieve their full potential within this high performing team. You will also have an opportunity to support and mentor trainees and more junior associates. This renowned team has clients from across all sectors (local and international) and you will liaise with clients, agents, lenders etc directly. The firm has an excellent client base, and you will have an opportunity to work on substantial residential developments and projects. Your New Role In your new role as a real estate associate solicitor for this top law firm in Dublin, you will be working within the Residential Sales Team on residential and mixed-use development schemes and sales of new houses and apartments. What You Need to Succeed To be considered for this real estate associate solicitor with this leading Irish law firm in Dublin, you will be a qualified solicitor in either the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or England & Wales, (Other common law jurisdictions will also be considered subject to relevant experience) Possess 3-5 years conveyancing PQE within a leading or property orientated law firm. Hold a strong academic record. Have excellent organisation skills and high levels of attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player.
