As a Principal Product Manager driving our Integration Experiences, you will help our customers get their best work done across all their tools - Atlassian and external apps. You will also make it easy for Admins to install, configure and maintain this toolset. We able to consider candidates who are based in Australia, New Zealand or the West Coast of the United States of America for this role. Use your Platform and Product expertise to independently deep dive into complex and ambiguous topics, uncover opportunities, and solve impactful problems Define big visions, weave market and customer needs into tight narratives, and work across Atlassian to execute successfully Influence, manage and work across the organization - from customers, to developers, and senior executives 7+ years of experience in product management Extensive Product Management experience building integrations for large-scale Platforms Ideally with experience working in the B2B SAAS space serving Enterprise customers A track record for defining and executing complex Platform strategies at scale that create business and customer value Ability to quantitatively and qualitatively understand complex problems, prioritize business and customer needs Excel in an environment where the topics and tasks are varied and you have to move quickly and learn fast A passion for raising the product craft bar and driving best practices throughout the company Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A - 220,800 USD - 294,300 USD Zone B - 198,700 USD - 264,900 USD Zone C - 183,300 USD - 244,300 USD Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
