Company Description London Property Zone (LPZ) is a high-value residential sales and letting agent based in Hammersmith, London covering whol eof London and surrounding areas. We provide a range of services including sales, rentals, management, acquisitions, portfolio building, and investment advice. Role Description This is a freelance contract role for a Canvasser / Lead Generation / Business Development professional at LPZ. As part of the role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and developing client relationships. You will work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule. Daily tasks may include researching potential clients, making outbound calls, attending networking events, and collaborating with the sales teams in China and UK to achieve targets. Qualifications
- Prior experience in canvassing, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in another language is very useful esp Chinise as most clients are from the Far East
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
