About the role As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success. Your infectious energy and exceptional leadership skills will inspire and motivate our team to deliver top-notch service and exceed customer expectations. From creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to ensuring smooth operations, your friendly demeanor will make our store a place people love to visit. About the person This is an ideal next step for someone with customer service experience in either retail or previous experience in a similar role.Full training is provided, but love and passion for Fashion is essential!. We are looking for effective and caring manager who are organised, able to think on their feet and make good decisions that support the continued growth of our brand.

• Previous experience in retail management role, ideally with knowledge of eyewear trends.
• Strong organizational abilities to keep the store running smoothly.
• Passion for creating a positive and enjoyable shopping environment
• Collaborate with optometrists and opticians to provide comprehensive eye care solutions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and individual growth.
