Job Description: Supervise and participate in the set-up and take-down of all events and meetings Serve as the on-site Event Supervisor for all events and meetings Co-liaison with Event organizers and custodial staffs to ensure effective and professional event management Track and record hours spent on each event Processing conference and events bookings Chasing up calls Liaising with other departments about customer requirements Preparing brochures for enquiries Handle client's inquiries over the telephone and in person and forward important calls to the Event Manager or related superior Compose and revise company documents related to event such as seminars, meeting and corporate parties Update and manage calendars and provide reminders for upcoming company events Provide extensive support in event execution by ensuring that all resources are available to the participants To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
