Purchasing Executive

The Purchasing Executive excels in mathematics, possesses knowledge of the bakery industry, and has experience in managing overseas shipping operations. In this role, you will:

• Replenish Stock
• Monitoring stock level and identifying purchasing needs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of procurement strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions.
• Handle overseas shipping and order.
• Have knowledge in bakery products is advantages.
