Digital Account Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an Account Manager with excellent communication and organizational skills to support our account team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client communication, supporting the development of client strategies and plans, assisting with project management, and ensuring all project deliverables are of high quality.

• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
• Collaborate with clients to develop marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives and target audience.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including messaging, positioning, tactics, and budget allocation.
• Present marketing proposals and recommendations to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
• Experience with customer service and account management
• Leads internal team on assignment and execution
• Manages creative strategy and production, working closely with the internal team as well as external vendors
• Monitors, analyses, and optimizes social media campaigns on a weekly basis to meet established KPIs, including Social Media channel fan count, data acquisition and consumer engagement metrics

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English language skills & strong grasp of Arabic language
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience creating presentations and delivering reports to clients
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
