Thanks to your excellent sales skills and your ability to listen, you will recommend the best investment in communication solutions based on their needs. What we offer: Hourly compensation of $20 /hour*, including a guaranteed bonus- Based on your performance, you could earn more thanks to our generous incentive plans!* After seven months, you will get a base wage of $20.00/hour (includes a premium for worked hours and  and significant monthly bonuses based on your performance (the average total compensation of our agents 6 months after training is $22.50);A Bilingual premium of $2 if applicable;Perfomance-based incentive;Significant monthly performance-based incentive;Fully paid training and all the support you need;Complete benefits plan after six months of service, including:Comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, and life insurance);Great discounts on telecommunications products and services.Availability to work in the following time slots:Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm EST.This position offers the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.Eligibility criteria:Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.Candidates must reside near the Nordia centre to be able to travel there, if necessary. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Respond to different requests from business customers to discuss the products used and present new solutions;Analyze a company's communication needs and promote the appropriate technological solution, including IP access, Internet services, E-commerce, Web hosting, Desktop security, etc.Preserve and expand the ongoing business relationship between the client and the company. Qualifications: You are bilingual: you must speak fluent English and French to interact with French and English-speaking customers in Canada. Answering customers in English will be required between 30 and 60% of the time.Excellent sales and negotiation skills - You're able to refute objections and are not afraid to promote new solutions to the client;Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;High school diploma or equivalent completed;Knowledge of the environment and the challenges associated with small and medium-sized businesses;Previous business market experience, an important asset;Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;Previous business market experience, an important asset;  Training start date: May 21st, 2024 #MP
