WELDER-ASSEMBLER

THE CHALLENGE
Efficiently assemble ASME tanks using engineering blueprints
YOUR DAILY
Read blueprints and interpret assembly symbols on shop drawings
List the materials needed for assemblies
Prepare and position the required parts according to the specifications of the drawings
Perform oxygen cutting (cutting required during assembly).
Do you have what it takes?
Vocational training in welding assembly or 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints and welding symbols
Mastery of welding techniques (GMAW, FCAW)
A superior sense of observation
Good manual dexterity
A sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and productivity
Respect for OHS techniques
