Job Summary We are now seeking an exceptionalSenior Fire Engineer to join our award winning team based withinour Qatar Office.This critical role will be responsible forassessing contractor's submittals in accordance with Fireand Life Safety strategy and procedures, contract specificationsand established KEO Project Management Policy and Proceduresmanual. Responsibilities Paramount to success within this variedrole will include: • Maintaining proper and completecommunication with the client's discipline engineers on allproject related Fire/Life Safety issues. • Reviewing,approving and processing contractor's Fire/Life Safetytechnical submittals, such as material submittals, design drawingsand method statements. • Advising Mechanical Fire/LifeSafety project/site staff on assigned projects when requested.• Identifying issues and risks that need to be brought tothe attention of the Head of department, Resident Engineer, MEPConstruction Manager, Chief Construction Manager, and HRD asnecessary. • Conducting design reviews of fire protectionsystems. • Conducting fire safety system audits andundertaking installation certifications. • TechnicalIntegrity stewardship and driving excellence through peer reviewsand maintaining the best practice approach to customer delivery atall times. Qualifications • To be successful in thisdynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of15 years' career experience with a Bachelor'sdegree in Fire Engineering. • Professional registrationwith a well recognised Fire Engineers Society or any equivalentProfessional body
