Job details
Analysing project specificationsand requirements to identify all necessary costcomponents.Visit the site, review the projectscope, drawings & specification to develop the costestimate for the projects through different estimate classes as perthe estimate guideline.Liaise with projectengineer and other project stakeholders to convertspecifications/quantities to cost estimates forprojects.Assist to build the price schedulefor contracting process.Review the engineeringand construction service proposals and validate the proposalsalignment with original project scope.Assistwith bid analysis and contract negotiations whenever isapplicable.Collaborating with vendors,suppliers, and subcontractors through commercial department toobtain quotes and pricinginformation.Collaborating with projectengineers and projects stakeholders to develop and adjust budgetsbased on cost estimates. Estimate Control & Cost Analysis Monitoring and updating cost estimates through all project phasesand propose corrective actions ifnecessary.Analyse the cost of projects bycomparing the original estimate and the actual cost through allproject phases and provide a regular detailed variance report bycost elements.
