We are a diversified property groupthat is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to ourclients.Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager tooversee the construction of mixed use apartment projects in NSW.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring theprojects are completed on time, within budget, and to the higheststandards of quality. Immediately you will be responsible fordelivering a project located South of Sydney in the Illawarraregion. You will be expected to travel to the site daily to overseethe project. After the completion of the first projectyou will assist the development team with DA, CC and coordinationof similar paperwork for our nextprojects.KeyResponsibilities:Overseethe day-to-day activities on site, ensuring all work is carried outsafely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans andspecifications.Plan,organise and direct the work of sub-contractors, includingscheduling and coordinating theiractivities.Maintainaccurate records of all site activities, including daily reports,timesheets, and sitediary.Monitorthe progress of works against the project plan and schedule, andtake appropriate action to address any delays orissues.Ensureadequate resources, including materials, equipment, and supplies,are available onsite.Ensurethat all work is carried out in accordance with relevant Health andSafety regulations andstandards.Fosterpositive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients,sub-contractors, andsuppliers.Manageproject budgets and schedules, ensuring that all costs are properlyrecorded andreported.Previousexperience managing Class 2 apartment projects isrequired.Experiencedealing with authorities consultants and various designstakeholders.RequirementsProvenexperience as a Site Manager on mixed use construction projects,with a focus on Class 2 apartmentprojects.Strongleadership and managementskills.Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and organisationalskills.Knowledgeof construction techniques, materials, andequipment.Abilityto understand and interpret technical plans andspecifications.Abilityto work well under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in atimelymanner.Holda relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Construction or arelatedfield.Holda valid White Card and other relevant safetycertifications.Ifyou are a highly motivated individual with a passion forconstruction and a track record of success, we would like to hearfrom you.
