PrincipalAccountabilities • Manages the Equipment/MRSP operation byensuring Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) internal detail recordsare accurately maintained and updated. • Reviews all WarReserve Material (WMR) detail records with the USAF authorizationdocuments War Plans Additive Requirements (WPARR)/D040). •Coordinates all processing of supply transactions to includeexpensing and processing issue files for all Equipment/MobilityReadiness Spares Packages (MRSP) shortages. Assures timelyprocessing of excess turn-ins and detail deletions. Coordinatesintra-site transfer of Equipment/MRSP. Manages items stored incourtesy storage. • Ensures monthly validation of allEquipment/MRSP detail records in assure accuracy. •Ensures expeditious processing and shipment of all repair cycleassets. • Quality controls all TCTO requests for vehiclerequirements. • Monitors the cumulative reject listing toensure prompt corrective action. • Coordinates withAmentum-Shaw Logistics Support Element (SLSE) in addressing andresolving Equipment/MRSP, repair cycle, TCTO and Weapon SystemsSupport related problems. • Develops standards forsubordinates. Implements the precepts of quality assurance withinthe guidelines set forth in the ISO 9001 program. Ensures that allwork is completed to this quality standard and provides employeeswith feedback on their progress. • Conducts on-the-jobtraining for all personnel under their supervision. Briefs workerson work assignments, procedural changes, computer products,workload changes, standards, safety practices, special projects andinspections. • Perform other duties as assigned.• Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouseenvironment and may be required to work outdoors for extendedperiods.
