Title:Graduate HSE Advisor Reports to: HSE Manager Location: Dungannon Job Type:Full Time, Permanent Hours: 39.75hrs per week We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Dungannon. We currently have opportunities for a Graduate HSE Advisor. Position Details? Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager you will support all the business on all administration requirements. Main Duties & Responsibilities To assist with administration of incident management, accident reporting, HSE statistics, HSE KPIs. Assist the HSE team with incident investigations, claim management and other confidential reporting. Maintain and update the HSE data management system. Collaboration with site teams; leadership, production, logistics, purchasing to ensure up to date HSE information. Attendance at relevant site meetings to take minutes and actions. To coordinate and assist the site HSE training requirements. To maintain records and assist the site for administration requirements. To process purchase orders and resolving invoices providing assistance on purchase order queries. To coordinate and assist external occupational health provider to schedule on site occupational health reviews. About you Experience Level & Required Qualifications: Essential Criteria: Minimum of GCSE level to include English and Maths at grade C or an equivalent. Due to graduate or have recently graduated with a minimum 2:2 degree in HSE or equivalent Excellent IT skills and advanced in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or equivalent. Knowledge and experience of data management systems. Experience of invoicing, credit notes and purchase orders. Desirable Criteria: Experience in a health and safety tasks such as Risk Assessments and Incident investigation would be desirable. IOSH training or equivalent. Experience of ERP systems.
