Job Description: As a member of the professional services team, you'll assist new customers in transitioning to company services, ensuring smooth system migrations and adherence to security standards. You'll also handle projects for current customers, such as file migrations and system upgrades. Requirements: Proficiency in Windows server and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Azure infrastructure tasks Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Familiarity with Disaster Recovery processes Previous experience working in a MSP environment Nice-to-haves: Experience in regulated environments Automation experience with configuration management systems B.S/B.A. Degree or Relevant Experience preferred Relevant Industry certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate.
