Our Putney Way, Manukau branch is seeking a part-time empathetic, experienced Counsellor to really make their mark in face-to-face support for our valued clients. This is a generalist role that requires the ideal candidate to have experience in grief intervention, couples counselling, addiction, child and adolescent issues to name a few. We will provide the tools you need to succeed for successful client support whilst driving initiatives to grow your skills. Main responsibilities: Deliver focused interventions so that clients ace coping mechanisms at work and life Visit worksites to provide support after an event disruption Deliver counselling services via in-person, video and telehealth Deliver training to customer employees The benefits of working with us: The role focuses on employee care and intervention – say goodbye to admin and paperwork!
