  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Monitor system performance and security, ensuring uptime and data integrity.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Know about graphics design and creatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 
  • Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or equivalent are a plus.
