IT Engineer

We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems. What you'll do: Ensure the availability and security of communications networks (UniFi). Perform IT onboarding and offboarding; provision, set up, recycle staff laptops (Windows and Mac), manage software distribution and updates. Administrate company-wide SaaS products: configuration, access management, security. Coordinate with 3rd party software and hardware vendors on purchasing, support and repairs. Be involved in projects assigned by CTO and Head of Security globally. Any other IT-related tasks as assigned by Management. Who you are: You have at least 4 years of experience in service-oriented IT support or IT Helpdesk-related roles. Experience working for a startup will be useful. You have experience setting up Windows and Mac systems, installing and configuring software, setup enterprise policies. You have sound knowledge of IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You're experienced with Google Workspace, Jamf, JumpCloud, HexNode, Desktop Central or similar. You have experience with Jira / Jira Service Desk or similar service desk / ticketing system. You have basic knowledge of security - encryption, phishing, antivirus software, SSO, 2FA, SAML. Independent, self-motivated, flexible and positive attitude. Quck learner, curios, with a desire to learn new things, embrace new technology and implement best practices. A degree in IT or an engineering-related field, as well as any scripting/programming experience, is a plus.
