Job Description: As a Senior Front-End Developer at Zikra Infotech LLC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the development of the Z360.BIZ platform's user interface. You will be tasked with leveraging your expertise in Tailwind CSS, React, and the Inertia framework, along with a deep understanding of integrating these technologies with a Laravel backend, to create sophisticated, responsive, and intuitive web interfaces. Your role will not only involve technical execution but also leading the front-end development team, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. Responsibilities: -Lead the front-end development of the Z360.BIZ platform, transforming complex Figma designs into dynamic, responsive web interfaces that ensure an optimal user experience. -Architect and implement front-end systems using Tailwind CSS, React within the Inertia framework, seamlessly integrated with our Laravel backend. -Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices for front-end development, including the creation of reusable code and libraries. -Optimize applications for speed, scalability maintaining a consistent brand experience across all designs. -Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the professional growth of team members. -Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deadlines.
