About You:

Thousands of customers use our systems to conduct technical screening and interviews. It’s our top priority to build and maintain reliable and high performant software systems to provide a smooth experience to our customers and their job candidates. We are looking for a technology leader to not only help us build our technology but also attract talent to grow the team. Our expectations from you are: Deep, substantial expertise in building scalable and high performance architectures and systems Work happens completely autonomously with no regular need for review. Fully capable of designing, developing, owning, and running entirely new, novel systems which are reliable, high performance and scalable (e.g. design billing systems, compiler service, scoring pipeline etc) Helps set and maintain professional standards for the entire Engineering organization. Deep, substantial expertise in multiple programming environments. Capable of running and directing teams for substantial projects along with a Product/Project Manager Capable of executing projects across multiple domains (say, a web app that needs backend with a pipeline architecture). Invents new concepts, pushes the whole engineering organization forward regularly. Expertise required in:

System Design and Scalability Cloud and container management (kube, docker etc) Linux/Bash and System Programming Testing infrastructure Databases (SQL & NoSQL)

Work hours:

Full time. We are growing fast and this is a key role to help us grow even faster therefore you must not have a second job, or professional distractions like freelancing, side projects etc.

Logistics:

Initially work from home or Co-working space Future office in Karachi If you decide to work from home, you need to ensure that you have arranged backups for power and internet. You will be reimbursed for the incurred expenses.
