- Develop comprehensive marketing and brand communication strategies to enhance global digital presence and brand recognition among diverse audiences.
- Rapidly gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and user base to expand growth channels, drive traffic, and execute brand initiatives.
- Identify suitable media platforms aligned with strategic objectives; cultivate relationships with tech, finance, and crypto-related media outlets, both traditional and digital.
- Create engaging content incorporating SEO best practices to extend outreach and visibility.
- Pioneer innovative approaches to elevate brand awareness, staying abreast of contemporary marketing trends.
- Organize AMAs, webinars, and offline events, while revitalizing official social channels and webpages to engage developer community and disseminate insights.
- Offer value-added marketing and PR support, including advisory services and media connections, to portfolio projects as required.
- Min 5-7 years of marketing and communications experiences within the fintech/ VC/ blockchain space.
- Native level proficiency in both written and spoken English. Strong in communications and language expression capability (comfortable with hosting/ facilitating community events).
- Content creation and/or editorial experience (in news, tech, finance preferred).
- Proven track record in managing communities in the web3 space, preferably with developer relations experiences
- Strong comprehension ability in finance and technology related topics; Understanding and experience in blockchain technology is a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of web traffic metrics, analytics and content optimization.
