We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Candidate Relationship Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential job candidates, as well as helping to identify top talent & map them for open positions within VDart. You'll be reporting to the Candidate Relationship Manager.

Role: Candidate Relationship Specialist

Location: Trichy (Onsite) Shift: (IST 6:30 pm to 3:30 am)

Required Skills:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or candidate relationship role.
  2. Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
  4. Excellent verbal communicator and active networker
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. You use digital technology purposefully and confidently to communicate, find information and come up with effective solutions
  8. Capability to initiate and maintain talent pipelining programs, including gathering important sourcing information, effectively converting passive candidates, and utilizing various sourcing channels

Responsibilities:

  1. SPOC for Business, people on the bench, and people anticipated getting released from projects
  2. Partnering between businesses for all their demands and people available for new opportunities
  3. Regular engagement with people on the bench, maintaining a repository of their skills, expertise, and feedback from previous projects to ensure a smooth transfer from a project to a bench and vice versa. (Encourage cross-skilling for potential opportunities - Talk about technology partnerships (AWS, Forgerock, etc)
  4. Adaptation of data insights to target coaching that facilitates redeployment
  5. Responsible for Bench Management - manage internal mapping and movement of the resources across various accounts
  6. Act as a POC to collect & share feedback
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team for an external feedback mechanism
  8. Route the queries to respective stakeholders ensuring swift action is taken thus reducing candidate/ vendor dissatisfaction
  9. Generate referrals through deployed/ bench resources
  10. Increase the brand exposure and enhance brand reputation in the talent market by providing the following services:
  11. Providing exceptional support while onboarding, post-deployment & while on the bench
  12. Constantly communicating with the candidates and/or vendors
  13. Regularly send out updates on VDart's accomplishments, accolades, etc
