Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Management Accountant to contribute to our finance department's objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing financial information, preparing management reports, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for development within a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of detailed weekly & monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts. Analyse financial performance and provide and challenge against budget and forecasts. Assist in the production of financial models for business reporting, forecasting and decision-making. Assisting in the preparation of the monthly Group reporting pack. Conduct cost analysis, evaluating and recommend cost-saving measures. Collaborate with department heads to review financial performance and provide insights for improvement. Proactively contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the organisation's financial processes & controls. Essential Criteria: To be considered for this position you must demonstrate the following; CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualification or part qualified with experience 2+ years practical accounting/industry experience Strong interpersonal & time management skills Strong IT proficiency, in particular with Excel and financial software e.g. Business Central/SAP Desirable Criteria: Knowledge and use of Microsoft Business Central Knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerBI or similar.
