- Assist in Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis by reviewing and interpreting financial statements, identifying key financial trends, and assessing the company's financial performance.

- Assist in Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
- Assist in Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures and cost drivers, offering insights into cost optimization opportunities.
- Assist in Market Research: Monitor industry and market trends to assess their potential impact on the organization's financial performance.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist with special financial projects and ad hoc analysis as required by management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform financial calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and financial ratios.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing financial environments and business needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economic or related discipline
- 0 - 2 years of experience with a modern knowledge of accounting framework
