Account Cum Admin Executive @Petaling Jaya (Immediate Hiring - Mandarin speaker) Benefits: - Yearly bonus if good performance - Incentive is provided for some criteria - Medical Allowance - EPF, SOCSO, EIS are privided - 5 Working days. Salary Range: RM3000-RM4000(Based on experience and Negotiable) Job Responsibilities:-- Handle full set of accounts - manage GL, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). - Prepare the monthly reconciliations, support on cashflow forecast. - Support monthly payroll. Ensure accurate timely submission of regulatory requirements: EPF, SOCSO and etc. - Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretarial and other external parties. - Proper record-keeping & filing. - Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned. Job Requirements: - Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. - Required languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken). - Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. - Prior working experience in related field will be advantageous. - Knowledge in Microsoft Office & accounting software. - Must be trustworthy as need to handle confidentiality work - Good attitude, self-motivated & attentive to details. - Posses own transportation.   Work Schedule: This job has the following work schedule: 5 days / week Monday - Friday Benefits & Perks This job has the following benefits: Paid sick leave Training & professional development Medical coverage This job is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
