Senior Business Analyst

We achieve this by working closely with registered charities and government agencies focused on helping those in need. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Remotely .

Responsibilities

1. Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and non-functional specifications.
2. Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
3. Preparation and management of Quality Assurance testing including User Acceptance Testing.
4. Develop business use cases.
5. Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the projects and product life cycle.
6. Collaborate closely with the business and technical teams.
7. Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
8. Work with internal and external partners to complete RFP proposals.
9. Work on multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.
10. Keep current with customer requirements and communicates to Customers and Project Team members regularly.
11. Assist Management with project activities.
12. Assist the support desk.
13. Co-ordinate system change requests.
14. Support with the maintenance of logs to track issues, action items, risks, statement of change for the projects and follow up as required.
15. Assist with project execution from System and Functional Requirements.
16. Assist with meeting summaries including notes and comments.
17. Must have excellent written and oral command of the English language.
