Technical Sales Manager (Greek market) description:

We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Sales Manager , to achieve sales plan and sales system margin; to also establish and maintain efficient relationships with suppliers and customers whilst providing technical support. Fibicon supplies products for marine and underwater applications, offshore and defence technology, broadcast solutions, aerospace engineering and hazardous areas.

Technical Sales Manager (Greek market) responsabilities:

  • Exploring new business opportunities within the defense and naval market and find the potential customers.
  • Pre-sales support and technical / commercial alignment with clients.
  • Managing the existing relationship with current customers and partners.
  • Proactively selling various products and offered by the company to carriers, fiber optics cables and components ( underwater and offshore), fiber optics assemblies for hard environment applications.
  • Day-to-day communication with customers and be ready to visit customers in other countries on a regular basis.
  • Preparing quotations, tenders documentation – RFQ, RFP, proposals and solutions to customers.
  • Attend national and International fairs and congresses.

Technical Sales Manager (Greek market) requirements:

  • Proven experience and achievements, min 5 years in a sales or technical related position in fiber optic/electric components/harnesses, Naval/ Mil-Aero sales/engineering experiences.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • A high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work within a team as well as individually and Customer focused.
  • Quick learner, hard worker, good commercial and technical awareness.
  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English and the local language, others will be definitely a plus.
  • Bachelor or above degree in telecommunication, engineering or business
