- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize integrated facilities management operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of facility managers, supervisors, and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management services, including maintenance, janitorial services, security, landscaping, and other related functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions and support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, optimize resource utilization, and streamline processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in facilities management, health and safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing integrated facilities management operations, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of facility management principles, practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute operational plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations and enhance performance.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in facilities management operations.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in facilities management, health and safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, IFMA) are a plus.
