We’re currently looking for: PS Operations Analyst We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support the operations of our Enterprise Support and other Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) segment of the Quote-to-Cash process. Key responsibilities (but not limited to) are: 1. Maintaining tracker with up-to-date status of contractual terms (new & renewals) 2. Keeping Sales Force updated with new and renewal contracts 3. Monthly reporting to proactively review upcoming renewals and terminations 4. Process intake for new contracts and renewals 5. Support process development and enhancements 6. Conduct analysis on related topics and provide insights to the business leadership To succeed in this role you must have experience in:  2+ years experience working with Sales Force, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets 2+ years experience working with Sales Teams and Sales Operations 1+ years experience supporting Quote-to-Cash process Desired Qualifications: Strong fluency with Microsoft Office and Sales Force Passion for new ideas with building and revising end to end processes to align with the current needs of the business.
