FIELD AUDITOR (NORTH LUZON)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ØPrepare report on the status of stocks display at outlet (Gondola & display rental); ØPerform trade Audit on outlet/Distributors; ØReconcile with Distributors’ Accounts; ØPhysical Count of Inventory at Company’s/distributors’ warehouse and evaluate Bad Orders (determine Good and Bad Stocks) ; ØConduct the condemnation of Bad Order Stock; ØAuthenticate the propriety of Sales Return; ØEvaluate status/whereabouts of Returned Stocks; ØAudit Revolving Fund on surprise basis; ØMonitor Status of Company’s Fixed Asset (Motor Vehicle, Office Equipment and Furniture’s); ØVerify transportation expense as claimed by employee on outlet to outlet basis; ØReport directly to Internal Auditor Head /Top Management all observations /events which can directly or indirectly damage the company’s assets/reputation; ØRegularly prepare and submit reports regarding findings with head base on standard presentation template after every audit per area; QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED ●Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent. ●Experience related to the position. ●Excellent analysis, presentation skills, and report-writing skills. ●Good interpersonal skills ●Able to work with little supervision. ●Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. ●Attention to detail.
