Senior Integration & Middleware Support Officer On-site Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt 0036 Description Provide technical support and assistance for integration and middleware systems. Monitor and troubleshoot integration and middleware applications to ensure smooth operation. Respond to user inquiries and issues related to integration and middleware systems. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patches. Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex integration issues. Work on integration and middleware projects, including system design, development, testing, and deployment. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of integration and middleware systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration and middleware technologies. Requirements Essential Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. · 3+ years of relevant experience in Middleware and integration in the Banking sector or telecom. · Good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift platform · Operating system fundamentals (Linux, AIX, Windows)· Good Knowledge of DBs (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2,)· Good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift platform · Java Fundamentals Knowledge · IBM Websphere application server administration. · Good Knowledge of IBM MQ · Good Knowledge of IBM App Connect Preferred Qualifications: · Problem management and incident management skills · Weblogic App server administration.
