If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on. About the Role Responsible for analyzing claims data and producing insights to support business needs

• Leverage on data mining skills to prepare KPIs for reporting and drive insights.
• Monitor and report operational performance metrics via dashboard.
• Retrieve, analyse and summarise operations and customer data and develop business intelligence to optimize efficiency of Claims processes.
• Communicate and present findings to management via slides and oral presentation, and provide insights to enable informed management decisions.
• Build relationship with team leads and work with them to address issues and provide data support.
• Finetune and maintain database for development of key metrics.
• Apply programs such as SQL and Tableau, in analysing and summarizing data insights to explain variances and trends for business solutions.
