Job details
We are currently seeking a Jr. Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting role or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Visa 18 - Transferable
