Job Benefits Tax-Free income Married-Status contract Fully Furnished Accommodations provided Relocation Allowance Education Allowance for eligible dependents Free flights home Generous vacations (54 days) Job Requirements Medical degree, and US Board, or Irish, UK, Canadian, New Zealand or Australian FRCS, or Diplome d'fEtudes Specialises (DES)/CIS French Board, or German Facharzt, and Valid and current medical license/registration in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, and A minimum of 3-4 years post-specialty certification experience in the specialty area in a mid- to large-size hospital in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand.  Department Information The Department of Pediatrics provides children with medical treatment of a highly specialized nature, promotes medical research and education programs including post-graduate education training, and contributes to the prevention of diseases. Its specialized and unique services include, but are not limited to, the treatment of congenital diseases, primary and acquired immune deficiency, end-stage renal and hepatic diseases, cystic fibrosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, bone marrow and solid organ transplantations, infections in the immune compromised child, insulin pump treatment for diabetic children, LDL epharesis for familial homozygote hyperlipidemia, advanced treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches for children with rheumatological diseases, outpatient therapy of cyclophosphamide infusion in the Day Medical Unit The Pediatrics team is comprised of thirty-one (31) consultants, one (1) associate consultant, and one (1) assistant physicians who are actively involved in various clinical, educational, and research activities. The department is comprised of the following sections: General Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition Â  Â  Nephrology Â  Â  Rheumatology Prior to offering a permanent (1-2 years) contract, the hospital may invite doctors for a one-month locum. This provides an opportunity to visit the hospital, check out the department, and see Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. This gives you the time to decide if all your critical needs and desires such as geography, income potential, practice style, administrative agendas, and community profile line up with your long-term goals.
