Job Description
Position Purpose
Responsible for engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to lead programs and deliver relevant insights to a) achieve Brambles' 2025 Sustainability Targets in Canada, North America and world-wide and meet its ambition toPioneer Regenerative Supply Chains , b) to successfully incorporate Sustainability as part of our value proposition to our customers, and c) inspire our people to action by integrating sustainability into their daily roles.
Scope
Primary focus on Canada plus support for NA and assigned global programs .
Major/Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will work closely with the Canadian Leadership team and NA Regional Sustainability Team to:
Lead and support the development and maintenance of sustainability programs to deliver our2025 sustainability targets
Represent Brambles' Sustainability Programinternally and externally with stakeholders at all levels within Brambles, CHEP and key customers.
Drive customer engagementthrough training and the development of sales aids for the Commercial Teams.
Employee Engagement
Create and support the necessary materials and trainings to ensure our employees become ambassadors of our regenerative and circular message.
Be executive sponsor of CHEP Cares Canada. Work closely CHEP Cares Lead to increase employee volunteering and general employee engagement/education in Sustainability
Organize Sustainability Day/Week activities within Canada and NA region
Work with NA team building a team of cross functional business leaders to develop a culture of Sustainability through the NA "Regenerative Roundtable".
Global Responsibilities
Participate in the Brambles' Global Sustainability team supporting or leading programs and projects at the request of the Chief Sustainability Officer. Initial responsibilities will include leading Brambles global Zero Waste initiatives.

Principales responsabilités
Responsabilités au Canada
Le titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction au Canada et l'équipe du développement durable de l'Amérique du Nord (actuellement 2) pour :
Superviser et soutenir le développement et l'actualisation des programmes de développement durable afin de réaliser lesobjectifs de développement durable pour 2025.
Représenter le programme de développement durable de Bramblesà l'interne et à l'externe avec les intervenants de tous les niveaux de Brambles, de CHEP et des clients principaux.
Favoriser l'engagement des clientsau moyen de la formation et de la préparation de contenu de soutien aux ventes pour les équipes commerciales.
Engagement des employés
Créer et tenir à jour le matériel et les formations nécessaires pour veiller à ce que nos employés deviennent des ambassadeurs de notre message de régénération et d'économie circulaire.
Être le commanditaire exécutif pour CHEP Cares Canada. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de CHEP Cares afin d'augmenter le nombre d'employés bénévoles et l'engagement/la sensibilisation du personnel en général en matière de développement durable.
Organiser des activités pour la journée/semaine du développement durable au Canada et en Amérique du Nord.
Collaborer avec l'équipe nord-américaine pour bâtir une équipe de gestionnaires interfonctionnels dans l'entreprise dans l'objectif de développer une culture de développement durable par l'entremise d'une « table ronde sur la régénération » en Amérique du Nord.
Responsabilités mondiales
Contribuer aux activités de l'équipe mondiale du développement durable de Brambles en soutenant des programmes et des projets à la demande du chef du développement durable. Les responsabilités initiales comprendront la supervision des initiatives Zéro déchet mondiales de Brambles.
