About the Role

The Arctic Wolf product team is looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Managed Detection and Response product team.

You will manage the delivery and success of new products and new capabilities in our MDR platform. You will bring market insights and work with internal stakeholders to drive priorities that maximize value to both our internal and external customers. Senior Product Managers participate in strategic and tactical activities for medium to large sized, complex cross functional projects, serve as the champion for their assigned product/service areas and may serve as product owner for one or more development teams. Individuals in this role will partner with others on the team to achieve their goals. This is a high visibility role with the potential to participate in and drive initiatives at all levels across the organization. Individuals in this role may participate in mentoring lower-level contributors and learn how to help grow others in their careers.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal and external research: customer requirements, market requirement, competitive research, internal research and analysis to inform strategic direction and priorities for their product/service areas.Define and deliver the roadmap for the components needed to deliver strong security outcomes for our customers.Define and monitor metrics to gauge the success of features and capabilitiesWork with architects, engineers, and UX designers to plan system interfaces and data requirementsOwns the requirements definition, prioritization and hygiene of the product backlog throughout the concept through delivery processRegularly collaborate across the business to collect and socialize a comprehensive, accurate and detailed set of feature requirements and prioritized backlog for one or more major product or service offerings.Partner with product marketing team members for effective market planning and positioningRepresent Arctic Wolf in customer interactions, industry events and on other platformsWho You Are

3 years' experience in product management within endpoint or network securityPreference for those who also have prior experience as a hands-on practitioner in IT or cybersecurity, or SE, or Tech Support role in cybersecurity.Experience in defining roadmaps and technical requirements, especially for multiple teams.Accomplished in product management skills (time management, agile processes, data analysis, project leadership, stakeholder management, authoring documentation and specifications)Excited to work in a fast paced, high-growth environmentExceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technicalPreferred Qualifications
