Work as an individual contributor towards the project deliverables. Outstanding listening, oral and written communication skills. Have developed Test Strategy and Test Plans Strong planning and multi-tasking ability. Should be able to analyze risks, develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness. Very detail oriented and able to deliver within very stringent timelines. Creative and analytical problem solving. Proven track record to handle deadlines and meet cost constraints. Proficient at handling multiple efforts simultaneously. Experience in Maven and Git repositories is required. Following Only applicable to Automation expectation Experience on latest automation trends and framework development techniques. Take ownership and responsibility for the orchestrating the discussion for automation of functionality.
