As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft maintenance activities. You'll lead a team of technicians and support staff, overseeing maintenance operations, adhering to regulatory standards, and maintaining our impeccable safety record.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate aircraft maintenance technicians and support staff assigned to AAMS ProductionEnsure adherence to company and regulatory standards, including Transport Canada and DND regulationsReport aircraft progress status to the Production Manager regularlySupervise and coordinate aircraft maintenance technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and safety protocolManage modification programs to ensure timely completion and deliveryProvide regular progress reports to the Production ManagerDevelop and maintain technician manpower schedules and coordinate deployment support travel plansCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient maintenance activities and discrepancy resolutionEnsure compliance with safety protocols and environmental health standardsAct as the local designated official for the Controlled Goods ProgramRepresent the Production Manager in their absence as requiredSupervising and approving timesheets and vacation requests for aircraft maintenance technicians and engineers.Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements and adequate supervision.Requirements:Minimum three (3) years of experience in flight and maintenance operationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with proactive problem-solving abilitiesValid Transport Canada AME-E or AME-M2 license preferredFamiliarity with RAMCO ERP is an assetProven track record in supporting and leading safe operationsProficiency in English language and computer literacyAbility to travel domestically and internationally as neededAbility to work flexible schedules according to flight operationsBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and growthFlexible work scheduleInclusive and collaborative work environment Airlines and Aviation,Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing
