You'll also have the opportunity to work in a modern, inspiring environment.Job DescriptionCabin Safety and Training is responsible for the regulatory compliance of cabin operations and the management of Air Transat flight attendant, pilot, flight dispatcher and mechanic training and qualifications.The Administrative Assistant, Training and Cabin Standards provides office administration support for the Director, Cabin Safety and Training and their team. The incumbent must be customer-service oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment. They will be responsible for responding to general questions (using the tools and procedures in place), preparing reports, and assisting with the preparation, planning and organization of the various trainings and manuals.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support for instructors and users of Learning Management System (LMS) and other training tools (Pelesys, ProntoForms, eCrew, etc.)Receive, screen, and redistribute telephone calls, emails, and mailMaintain department supplies and intranet contentOrganization (including translation, layout, production, etc.) of manuals and communicationDocumentation control (technical files, manuals, bulletins, etc.)Collaborate with various suppliers and partnersDepartment invoicing and billingOrganization of meetings and team travel arrangementsAny other duties related to training and cabin standards.QualificationsCollege diploma or equivalent3-year minimum experience in a similar positionBilingual (French and English) spoken and writtenAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent organizational skills and capacity to worked under pressureAcute attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInitiative and resourcefulnessConsummate team playerAsset: Previous work experience in aviationAdditional InformationEmployment EquityAt Transat, we foster an environment where inclusiveness, respect and equity reign.
