Training Supervisor [JH - 13584]

One of the leading Mining Companies in Canada is seeking a Training Supervisor at their site. This position will be a Fly in, Fly out scheduling 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. You will be responsible for supporting the Safety Director, in the development of new company-wide initiatives and associated training programs.The Role:Act as a subject matter expert regarding any training concerns from all employeesDevelop, build, and conduct training - identifying any gaps or areas for improvement within the training programWorking in the field with all levels of employeesSupport job-site project teams by providing technical support to resolve potential risks and issuesThe Candidate:Certificate or Degree Technical Training, Learning & Development or a related field.Minimum of 10 years' experience in Mining and TrainingFirst Aid Certification and WCC Supervisor CertificationStrong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with key internal & external stakeholdersMust have experience leading teamsWilling to work a rotational schedule Mining
