Click appear to this amazing opportunity with fantastic, global fortune 500 company.Start Date: ASAPLocation: Varennes, QCDuration: 10 Months-with possibility of extensionSchedule: 12 hr days. 6am-6pm EST. 2 weeks on days 6am-6pm, followed by 2 weeks on nights 6pm-6am EST. Schedule would look like this: Week1 Sunday-Monday-Tuesday 36 hours. Week 2 Wed-Thursday-Friday-Saturday 48 hours.* You must have conversational level French**Job ResponsibilitiesRepairing and making improvements to building and infrastructureSupporting and maintaining fire protection systemsMaintaining the distribution center's HVAC systemIn depth understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations such as: feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC unitsFamiliar with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trendingProficient with maintenance management software (CMMS)Completing preventative maintenance routines, documentation and proceduresCandidates should be able to lift up to 49 lbs and or work at heights and from ladders.Flexibility with work hours and days. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays)Qualifications:Able to life 40 lbs consistently2+ years experience in HVAC maintenance and repairPreventative maintenance proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalentelectrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations such as: feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC unitsFamiliar with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trendingProficient with maintenance management software (CMMS)Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environmentDegree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field- preferred4+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field- preferred IT System Custom Software Development
