Revit for MEP Lead - Advanced

Company We are a BIM consultancy firm specializing in pre-construction and planning solutions.Position We are seeking a Revit MEP Lead with advanced expertise in Plumbing and HVAC systems for both Residential and Commercial construction projects, coupled with an advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP. The successful candidate will play a pivotal roll in delivering projects within our dynamic work environment.Please note: This position is open to local candidates only. Applicants not residing in Canada or lacking legal authorization to work will not be considered.Role and Responsibilities Managing teams and overseeing BIM for Pre-construction projects from inception to completion, utilizing Autodesk Revit for MEP3D modeling and drawing productionCoordinating tasks with team members, including collaboration with Architectural and Structural teamsProviding accurate project budgets for proposal developmentManaging project budgets and reportingAssisting in the development and adherence to modeling best practicesHandling MEP team and project management tasks, including coordination, clash detection, resolution of RFIs, and addressing site-related issuesParticipating in internal and client meetingsEnsuring model quality and accuracy controlCoordinating with clients and tradesTraining and mentoring staffConducting site visitsPerforming other duties as assigned by supervisorsQualificationsMinimum of 6 years of full-time work experience in Revit for MEP (candidates will be tested)Minimum of 6 years of experience in Single and Multi-Family Residential and Commercial ProjectsAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment, both within our team and with other consultants, to deliver high-quality workAdvanced proficiency in English verbal and written communication; French language skills are an assetStrong organizational and management abilitiesExcellent teamwork and collaboration skillsCapacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExtensive experience in understanding Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical drawingsAdvanced knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Experience with Navisworks Manage is an assetFamiliarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360) is an assetAdvanced Autodesk Navisworks experience is preferredExperience with Synchro 4D, SysQue for Revit, and Dynamo is an assetMandatory QualificationsProficiency in English writing and speakingMinimum 6 years of experience with Revit for MEPMinimum 6 years of experience in Residential and Commercial constructionResidency in British Columbia, Canada, and authorization to legally work in CanadaPay Range $45/hour - $55/hour We offer extended healthand dental benefits, as well as paid vacation.
